Launch the wizard
Run this in the channel where you want the panel. It enables the system and opens the wizard:

Configure each step
Move through the pages with Back / Next and press Edit to open each modal:
Categories & Logging, Roles, Behavior, Limits, Topics, and Blacklist. From the Topics page you can create topics and open a per-topic wizard for roles, trainee permissions, automation, and naming.

How a ticket works

Member opens a ticket
They click the panel and select a topic. If the topic has a form, a modal appears for them to fill in before the channel is created.

Private channel created
Only the opener and assigned support roles can see it. The opening embed is sent if configured.

Staff handles it
Staff can claim, rename, prioritise, add members, or request closure.

Ticket closed
Channel moves to the closed category. Transcript posts to the log channel if configured.
