Common questions and issues new players run into.
You need to open an account first. Run ;open once — it’s free and only takes a second. After that all economy commands are available.
You have two options:
  1. Wait it out — your sentence is displayed with an exact release time.
  2. Pay bail — run ;bail to pay off your remaining sentence. Bail costs remaining_minutes × $50, capped at $5,000.
A friend can also bail you out: ;bail @you.
Your bank has a maximum capacity. Buy Bank Expansion items from ;shop to permanently raise the cap. You can buy multiple at once for a bigger increase.
The streak window is 36 hours, not 24. If you claimed at 8pm on Monday and didn’t claim until past 8am Wednesday, the streak broke. Check the footer of ;daily — it shows exactly when your streak will expire.
Voting and claiming are two separate steps. After voting on top.gg, come back and run:
The bot verifies your vote with top.gg before paying out. If you already claimed within the last 12 hours the command will show the remaining cooldown.
All ;pay transfers carry a fee (1%–5% depending on amount). The fee is not lost — it flows directly into the active lottery jackpot, so it stays in the economy. See the General page for the full fee schedule.
Rob attempts are blocked if:
  • The target has an active Rob Shield boost
  • The target is currently in jail
  • You are currently in jail
  • Either of you is still within the 5-minute post-rob cooldown
A server admin has restricted economy commands to a specific channel. Check your server’s announcements or ask a mod which channel to use. Admins can change this via ;econ config.
Run ;prison (or ;cell / ;sentence) to see your current jail status and exact release time. If the time looks wrong, wait a moment — the jail timer is processed server-side and may lag by a few seconds.
You have 3 base slots (daily, weekly, special). A 4th blessed slot activates automatically when you have an active blessing from ;pray. It only shows epic or legendary quests.
Buying an item puts it in your inventory, it doesn’t activate automatically. Run ;useitem "Earn Booster" (or ;use) to activate it. Check ;boosts to see all currently active effects.
This means no pending income was ready to collect. Possible reasons:
  • You haven’t worked any ;work shifts yet
  • Lab is running but hasn’t produced enough to round up
  • No investments have matured yet
  • Businesses have no accrued income
Check ;cooldown page 2 to see the status of each passive earner.
That’s working as intended — a failed heist sends all participants to jail for 60–180 minutes and loses everyone’s buy-in. Coordinate with your crew before starting: more members above the minimum requirement raises success rate by +10% per extra person.
Winners are selected proportionally by total spend — the more you spend on tickets, the higher your share of the draw pool. It’s not a flat one-ticket-one-chance system. Each active lottery runs for up to 3 days before auto-drawing.
All economy commands use the ; prefix (e.g. ;balance, ;daily). If a command isn’t responding, check you’re in the right channel and that your account is opened with ;open.
