Create a giveaway

Duration accepts standard time formats: 1h, 2d, 30m, 1d12h, etc. Available flags

Flag	Description
`--role @role`	Require members to have this role to win
`--bonus @role`	Members with this role get extra entries
`--messages N`	Require N messages sent in the server
`--level N`	Require level N or above
`--invites N`	Require N invites
`--ignore @role`	Exclude members with this role from winning
`--dm`	DM winners when the giveaway ends
`--schedule <duration>`	Delay the start by this amount of time

Requirements are enforced at pick time. All entries are collected first, then winners are filtered against every requirement. A giveaway with strict requirements may result in fewer winners than specified.
