Managing slots

Shows your tier, slot count, and which servers currently have perks active.
Activates your donor perks on the current server. Uses one of your available slots.
Removes donor perks from the current server and frees the slot.

Reskin makes raze send messages through a Discord webhook using a custom display name and avatar instead of its own. Bot behaviour stays the same — only the cosmetic identity changes.
