Commands & Permissions
All the commands and permissions related to managing and using the ticket system.
Permission Priority
When the system resolves who can act on a ticket, it checks in this order: Administrator → Manage Server → Ticket Support That means:- If someone has both a Administrator role and a Ticket Support role for a topic, they are treated as Administrator.
- Manage Server covers all global configuration — categories, logs, limits, support roles.
- Ticket Support is granted via a topic support role, a global support role, being added as a ticket admin, or having Manage Channels.
