Blacklist & Access

Control who can open tickets and manage manual channel access.
For permission control inside the ticket system, you can use the blacklist or manual allow/unallow commands. Blacklisted members cannot open tickets. Manual allow entries grant extra channel access on top of the built-in support role visibility.

Important Notes

Support role visibility is controlled per topic. If a topic has no support roles configured, the system falls back to the global support role list.
Manual allow entries are preserved through claim and unclaim. They are removed when a member is manually unallowed. The ticket owner can never be removed via ;ticket unallow.
