Overview

Create custom application forms for staff recruitment, partnerships, appeals, and more.

What are Applications?

The application system allows you to build completely custom forms directly in your Discord server. When members apply, their answers are compiled and sent to a dedicated review channel where your staff can easily approve or reject them. All application commands require the Manage Server permission or a Fake Permission equivalent.
You can create up to 25 different forms, and each form can have up to 9 custom fields.

Creating a Form

To create a new application form, simply use the app create command:

Basic Configuration

Before an application can be opened for members, you need to configure a few basic settings.

Set the Review Channel

Applications submitted by members are sent to the review channel for your staff to approve or reject.

Set the Log Channel

When a decision is made (approved/rejected), or when a new application is submitted, the bot logs it in the log channel.

Automatic Roles

You can configure the bot to automatically assign a role to the applicant when their application is approved!

Opening the Application

Once your form has questions and a review channel is set, you can make it available to members. You can either enable the form so members can use the /apply slash command, or you can send a panel with an Apply button.
Allows members to use /apply and select this form.
