Trade server shares, build a portfolio, claim dividends, and list your own server on the market.

Overview

The share market lets users invest in Discord servers. Each listed server has shares you can buy and sell. Prices rise with demand (more buying = higher price). Shareholders earn dividends over time.

Browsing the market

Aliases: ;stock, ;stocksLists all servers with active share listings. Columns: server name, ticker symbol, current price, 24h price change, and market cap.

Deep-dive into a specific server’s shares:
  • Base price, current price, total supply
  • 24h price change
  • ASCII price history chart (last 30 data points)
  • Top shareholders

Buying shares

Buys shares in a server. A confirmation prompt shows the total cost and your wallet before/after. If no guild_id is specified, the command uses the current server.
Price formula:
As more shares are sold, the price increases. Early buyers get better prices.

Selling shares

Sells shares back to the market. Shows your profit/loss compared to your average buy price.

Portfolio

Aliases: ;shares holdings, ;shares folioYour complete share portfolio. For every holding:
  • Server name and ticker
  • Shares owned and average buy price
  • Current price
  • P&L amount and percentage
Total portfolio value shown in the footer.

Dividends

Passive income from your share holdings. Each server sets a dividend rate (0.1%–1% per day). The longer you hold, the more you earn.
Alias: ;shares divClaims dividends from all your holdings at once. The payout for each server is:
Claim dividends regularly to compound your earnings back into more shares.

Price history

ASCII price chart showing the last 30 price data points for a server’s shares.

Trade history

Last 10 trades for yourself or another user. Shows buy/sell, amount, price per share, and timestamp.

Top shareholders

Top 10 shareholders for a server’s shares.

Listing your server

Server admins can list their Discord server on the share market.
Requires Manage Server. Sets the base price (1010–100,000) and optionally a ticker name (max 8 characters). Creates your server’s listing on the market.
All require Manage Server.
Update the server description shown on the market listing.
Set the dividend rate (0.001–0.01).
Rename the ticker symbol (max 8 chars).
Update the base price (1010–100,000).
Requires Manage Server. Removes your server from the market. Existing holders keep their shares but can no longer trade them.
